For hosting and holidaying, this sweet and juicy butter evokes the elegance of Japan and the sentiment of gathering. Best eaten by the spoonful, atop muffins, or folded into a dessert.

Origin Story

Made with upcycled Japanese Omakase Berries® from Oishi Berry which are high in vitamin C, antioxidants, manganese and potassium. The farm is a first of its kind to use bees for pollination which allows each strawberry flower to bloom into delicious, ripe fruit. Furthering their commitment to sustainability, the farm's technology cuts energy use by 60% and water by 40%. To finish, our butters are then manufactured at a women-owned small-batch fruit preserve based in the US. While our raw blue agave syrup is independently verified by the Clean Label Project.

Redefining Good Packaging

Our glass is carbon friendly.

We love good packaging. Even better, packaging that does good. That’s why we’re constantly researching the latest innovations in order to create the most planet friendly packaging possible.

We source our jars from a local, family-owned business that specializes in carbon-friendly, USA-made glass jars with no plastic liners. Best part: they can be reused in the kitchen or home for, well, ever. More ideas on that here.

What our friends are saying

"If the masses are anything like us, they're also daydreaming about scooping a spoonful onto toast with olive oil and goat cheese, swirling it into morning yogurt, or using it as a topping for seared pork chops. In other words, we're buying jars for ourselves, before it's too late."
