Avocado Oil Martini
Our go-to martini that lends itself to everything from long summer nights to mid-work week celebrations.
2½ oz. (5 Tbsp.) Gin
1 Tbsp 100% Pure Avocado Oil
1-2 springs of herbs (we love rosemary)
½ oz. (1 Tbsp.) blanc vermouth
Pinch of fine sea salt
Pitted green olives for garnish
A day before you plan to use the gin, start the infusion: To a large jar or airtight plastic container, add the gin, avocado oil, and herbs. Shake vigorously, then freeze infuse for 12 hours.This will cause the olive oil to solidify and separate.
When ready to serve, knock a hole in the top of the frozen gin and strain the mixture into a martini glass. Top with vermouth and sea salt and stir to combine.
