• A stone’s throw from Laguna Beach, nestled in San Juan Capistrano, sits The Ecology Center—a 25-acre regenerative farm founded by Evan Marks. Dedicated to educating and inspiring a culture of sustainability for the next generation, Marks' vision is rooted in the principles of permaculture, reflecting his deep commitment to creating a vibrant, climate conscious future.  This season’s limited edition fruit butter, made with regenerative peak summer season strawberries and a whisper of heat is the embodiment of this dedication. Savor the sweet, tangy delight of this butter spread smoothly over toast or pancakes, bringing a burst of summer flavor to your winter breakfast table.

Café Telegrama x Canyon Coffee Alentejo Regenerative Roast

• The glowing sun pouring into Café Telegrama in Melrose Hill, run by two beloved Angelenos, is something to behold and emanates from their beautiful roast with the help of Ally and Casey of Canyon Coffee, another local neighborhood staple.  Every inch designed by artist John Zabawa reflects a nostalgic nod to a past era in LA yet feels minimalist and contemporary all the same, and with its design these beans are grown, picked, and roasted with inspired intent every single step.  This is a rich, dark roast with notes of chocolate, nougat, and stone fruit that’s an espresso-like flavor on the frontier of sustainability, a California take on an Italian classic.
• This coffee is sourced from family-owned farms organized around Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios de Santa Rosa (ASPRASAR). ASPRASAR is a producer association with 94 members who live in Saldaña a municipality in the department of Tolima, Colombia. ASPRASAR was founded in 2016 and works in collaboration with an export company called Lohas Beans to establish connections in the specialty coffee market, which has improved coffee prices for its members and enables farmers to reinvest in their farms and provide for their families.

• Each bite is a celebration of regenerative agriculture, crafted from cover crops. Our carefully sourced buckwheat and oat blend make for perfectly fluffy on-the- inside pancakes with a delightful crispness on the outside. Boasting a rich, earthy flavor that can swing both sweet or savory, depending on your mood. Packed with protein, b-vitamins, and minerals like magnesium, zinc, and copper, they offer a hearty, delicious way to start your day, all while nourishing the planet.
• The buckwheat flour we use is upcycled, allowing us to provide a sustainable solution for our supplier.
• Ingredients: gluten-free oat flour, buckwheat flour, arrowroot powder, baking powder (cream of tartar, baking soda, organic tapioca starch), salt.
• Recipe: Combine ½ cup pancake mix and ½ cup water or milk with 1 egg. Heat your skillet with 1-2 tablespoons of 100% pure avocado oil. Makes 2–3 pancakes or waffles.
