Avocado Orange Mustard Vinaigrette
Perfect salad dressing every time
As summer unfolds, we’re making our fresh and vibrant vinaigrette to dress salads or pair with crudité. This simple, seasonal dressing made with our Organic Extra Virgin Avocado Oil goes well with almost any vegetable.
Ingredients:
Yields 4 servings
1/4 cup Champagne vinegar
1/4 cup French Dijon mustard
1/2 orange freshly squeezed
1/4 bunch of chives, rough chopped
1 cup west~bourne Organic Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
To Make:
Combine vinegar, fresh squeezed juice of an orange, French mustard, and chives in a bowl or a reusable west~bourne jar with a tight fitting lid. Whisk or shake to combine. Then, slowly pour in the west~bourne Organic Extra Virgin Avocado Oil while whisking or pour then shake until *emulsified. Salt to taste. Serve over any salad or with vegetables.
*To emulsify ingredients like oil and vinegar, simply add an ingredient like mustard, or honey which helps keep everything together and create the perfect combination of flavor.
